Cancellation Policy:

All cancellations or alterations of registration must be made in writing to

  • Registration cancelled 60 days preceding the conference are qualified to a discount of 75% of the registration fee.
  • Registration cancelled in under 60 yet over 30 days preceding the meeting will be qualified to a discount of (50%) of the registration fee.
  • Cancelations in under 30 days before the conference date won't be qualified for any discount.
  • No, refund will be given for e-poster payments.
